Anxiety reducing tips
 
1.  Consult with your primary care physician to ensure that you are in good health.
2.  Appropriate diet and vitamin supplements to maintain good health (consult with your physician for special needs diets)
3.  Mild to moderate exercise (this may include walking, swimming, or playing of your favorite sport)
4. Making time for yourself (engaging in a hobby, sport, or some activity you enjoy 2 -3 times per week)
5. Staying focused in the moment (many anxiety prone individuals worry about the future).
6. Deep breathing techniques, meditation, and pleasant imagery.
